harrassing phone calls

This caller is calling my cell phone and my husband's cell phone at least once a day. I would like for them to stop calling me.

Mr Craig Jones identified himself as a special investigator. Said he need to get ahold of my son with in 24 hour, my son being charged with a restraining order. Which was not true. I was called once before and left an electronic message, the location was Arizona. My son lives in Arizona. I live in California. The last call from Mr. Craig Jones stated he was in Texas. He said the other party wanted to communicate with my son about the restraining order before it went to court. They give out phony case numbers to call. They are a fraud, I wish I had asked for their address and I still plan to make a complaint to my local police department. The last call I got from Mr Jones was at 5:45 am. That in itself is illegal. Hope they catch him soon. FRAUD and SCAM. Do not give any info. If you can get theirs and turn over to police.

John called my phone stating that he was working with the government office and I was selected to get a 5000 refund. He asked for my bank account information and stayed that he knew my address ;when I denied him my info and I told him I was going to report him he starting cursing me out...this is a fraud

Everyday 2 and three times a day and no message and no answer when we pick up. Would like to know who and what they want. tired of it we are on the do not call list and am very disgusted that after taking time to register phone numbers that THE DO NOT CALL LIST IS NOT WORKING. Would like to call them at all hours and not speak.

Person on the other line claimed I was stealing their paper and threatened me before abruptly cutting off with a message that this was a prank call service of some sort.

I can also verify this same thing. My husband who is a smart man for some STUPID reason gave these people hid debit card information. He called and told me what he did. I immediately called the bank and reported his card lost. I just hope that this stops any money from coming out of our account.

Same thing as the other one reported. They passed the phone around to three different people everyone of them couldnt even speak english. All I could make out was fraud and sue. It bothers me that they have the last four of my social and work number. No idea how they got this information but bring it...thats all I have to say b/c I KNOW I havent done anything wrong.
